This class is intentionally paced to prioritize alignment, thoughtful positioning, and clear movement patterns. Think simple, not easy. BASELINE REFORMER
Power Reformer is geared towards the seasoned reformer practitioners who love a combo, prop and a good tremble. An active class that prioritizes thoughtful transitions, interesting movement patterns, and more intricacies than our Baseline Class. Please ensure you feel comfortable and stable standing on the equipment if you’re booking into our Power class!

HORIZONTAL CARDIO,, KIND OF LIKE REBEL WILSON IN PITCH PERFECT,, YA KNOW? THIS CLASS IS PACED SIMILARLY TO POWER BUT WILL WORK IN THE JUMPBOARD WHICH IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST YOUR HEART RATE WHILE PRIORITIZING LOW IMPACT MOVEMENTS.

What you’re thinking we meant to do by calling this class ‘what the jump’ is probably right…3 blocks of heart-pumping trampoline work paired with 3 blocks of focused strength training. It’s the most fun you’ll have doing cardio.
This is a great class for jumpers of all skill levels, so if you’ve never jumped before - fear not! We’ll always offer options to modify and amplify as needed and just know that it typically takes 3-4 classes to not feel like an absolute dingdong! At the end of the day, we’re just jumping on trampolines and finding ways to layer in low-impact cardio into our routines

Functional Strength is our elevated strength training format that prioritizes getting down to business. This is our non-choreographed, results-driven strength class. Using TRX® suspension trainers for 80% of the session, we layer in Bala Beams and weights for a total-body build. Expect three rounds of work with low-impact cardio bursts to keep the burn going.

Meet Triple Threat’s sassy sister. This is the ultimate dance cardio experience where the music is loud and the intensity is high. Forget boring repetitions—we seamlessly blend easy-to-follow choreography with dynamic strength training using weights and bands. Find your rhythm, feel the burn, and leave ready for an encore. No dance experience required—just bring your energy and your sneakers.

Our signature 3-part intentional heated strength and sculpt experience. We build the fire from the ground up: Round 1 focuses on Core Activation; Round 2 dives into a Slow-Burn using heavy weights and time-under-tension; and Round 3 finishes with a Dynamic Sculpt + rhythmic burnout. Expect purposeful pacing and a serious muscle quiver. Take this if you’re looking to sweat and build strength!
IGNITE
a dynamic, full-body heated vinyasa class. This class is designed in a way that follows traditional vinyasa sequencing, but will get you have you thinking a bit more outside the box. Move intentionally, linking breath to movement to find focus and push your edge. Finish feeling empowered, strong, and ready to head back into your day..
Power Vinyasa
Slow Flow - offered warm & non heated!
The perfect reset. Slow Flow is an all-levels yoga class that prioritizes balance and strength-building without the rush. We slow the tempo down so you can sink into the juicy postures and find more depth in your movement. It’s the ultimate way to find your center and move with ease. Think of it as a deep exhale for your body and mind.
cancellation & late arrival policy
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking. This will allow other clients ample time to shift from the waitlist or book into your spot.
clients who are on a credit-based membership will FORFEIT their class if they cancel inside the 12 hour window.
Clients on an unlimited package will be charged $15 for canceling inside the 6 hour window and $20 for no-shows.
we have a strict 5 minute grace period - if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be permitted to joing class and will fORFEIT your class. please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THIS POLICY!
