We ask that you cancel at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled booking. This will allow other clients ample time to shift from the waitlist or book into your spot.

CLIENTS who are on a credit-based membership will FORFEIT their class if they cancel inside the 6 hour window.

Clients on an unlimited package will be charged $15 for canceling inside the 6 hour window and $20 for no-shows.
